Hello and welcome to TheHauntedZone.com! This website is an active 24 hour paranormal community of members from all around. The purpose of this website is to reach out and let paranormal believers know that they are not alone in their experiences. We are here to help and offer paranormal/spiritual advice to those who are seeking. There are two main parts to this community where members gather nightly to discuss the paranormal and to listen to stories coming in from new members. The main part of this website is our active Ghost and Paranormal Chat Room which usually operates mostly at night. The other part is our newly added Paranormal Message Board which is filled with archives of true ghostly encounters and a variety of topics related to the paranormal.

We encourage new members to please use either the chat room or message board (or both) to tell us YOUR true paranormal stories! If you are seeking advice or direction about a haunting in your home or other paranormal things, we are here to help! Our community stands firm on the belief of the paranormal and we promise that you will not be laughed at or ridiculed upon sharing your stories with us. Our chat room and message board remains strictly monitored at all times and the rules are strictly enforced to ensure that you will enjoy your stay with us. We are the real deal here and believe in keeping our chat room and message board clean, safe and fun therefore staff members are usually always present. In the times where staff may NOT be present, please rest assured that any trouble makers will be dealt with as quickly as possible as administrators can review logs of the room and board!

Our main chatting hours and hours of operation are anywhere between 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (E.S.T) or sometimes later. Our chat room staff works very hard to ensure that your visit here will remain trouble free as trouble makers, jerks, spammers, etc are not welcome here. Please keep in mind that the chat room is usually only active at night time and there may be some nights where members are not around. However, administrators are logged in every night and here to help as well! If there are times where you need help or want to share a story and the room is NOT busy, please refer to the Paranormal Message Board instead. Members are mostly always checking the board for new posts, even if they are not logged into the chat room.

This website is operated by SolitudeDude & WolfTotem of The Haunted Zone and also by long-time members who are considered staff of the chat room. Chat room staff are represented by the yellow crown () beside their username. If you encounter a problem or need help in any way, the ones with the crown are in charge and here to help. They reserve the power to remove or ban anyone from the chat room. To give you a brief overview of the ownership and administration of this website (including both chat room and message board): the owner/founder is SolitudeDude, main/head administrator is WolfTotem and main moderators are JackieBuffalo and DarkSpecter of both the chat and message board! You may contact either one of the above users for help. However, for more major issues such as account/password problems, please contact either SolitudeDude or WolfTotem as they are the only ones with access to account information.

Please be aware that our group is just an online community that offers a paranormal chat room and also a web discussion board to read, post and share ghost stories however we do not have a physical "ghost hunting" group that goes out and conducts investigations. Although it is on the list of our future plans, we have not yet reached the proper funding and/or resources for that.
